PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A texturizing mousse that promotes an effortlessly windswept look with flexible hold and all-day style retention. Unique salt-free formula creates a beachy finish that is never dehydrated, sticky or stiff.

Provides tousled texture without dehydrating hair. Contains UV absorbers to help protect hair from sun exposure.
How to use:
Dispense golf ball-sized amount, emulsify and rake through wet hair. Do not overuse. Let air dry or diffuse.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
