Tips on how to use:
Waves: Partially dry hair by either blow-drying or letting the hair dry naturally. When the hair is almost dry, use the hot air styler to create lift, volume and large, soft curls.
Tousled curls: Beginning at the crown area, take a section of hair and place the hot air styler near the root area. Slide the hot air brush toward the ends, then wind toward the root area. Hold for approximately 10 seconds, then gently unwind the hair without tension. Continue throughout the hair until all the hair has been curled.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
