PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This soothing gel contains 99% Aloe Vera leaf extract giving a refreshing feel with no stickiness, while leaving the skin feeling moist. The soothing gel can be applied to the face and body in multi-areas providing a calm and moisturizing effect to sensitive skin from the inside and out as it keeps the skin to become healthy!
How to Use
For morning and night time, apply a small amount on the palm of your hand and smoothly apply to the skin. For dry and sensitive skin, please apply from time to time for it to absorb.
Tip:
Works amazing after sun expose to cool off skin and give skin the moisture that it needs after a long day in the sun.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
