Recovery Shampoo works to repair damaged hair with each use. It gently dissolves daily build-up while filling in cracks of damage to leave all hair types, moisturized, soft, and supple. Formulated with our first-of-its-kind Alpha Keratin 60ku®, this shampoo behaves like a high-powered treatment product that deposits pure, human keratin protein directly into the hair. It fills in cracks in the cuticle to heal hair and repair damage from heat, chemicals, and color treatment.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
