Virtue Flourish® Intensive Hair Rejuvenation Treatment

Shampoo: Work a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair and massage into scalp, starting at the nape of your neck, and work the lather through the ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Work a quarter-sized amount of conditioner between palms, apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends; leave in for 1-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Density Booster: On damp or dry hair, lift hair into sections and spray directly onto scalp. Gently massage in and do not rinse. Use once daily.

The Density Booster incorporates Methyl Nicotinate, a vasodilator that works synergistically with the follicle supporting complex in the formula for optimal efficacy. As a result, you may notice a blushing or tingling of the scalp where the product is applied. As with all products, we recommend that before using, conduct a patch test. Apply a small amount of product to the inside of the arm for a minimum of 15 minutes. If you experience flushing or tingling or any reaction, begin by targeting application only to those areas with hair loss, thinning or shedding. It is common to build a tolerance to this ingredient with continued use over time.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
