Step 1 - Strength Cure Shampoo: Apply a dime-sized amount to wet hair. Massage into the scalp and through the lengths to create a rich lather. Rinse. If your hair is particularly compromised or has buildup, a second wash is recommended.

Step 2 - Strength Cure Conditioner: Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair. Focus on the ends, where damage is most prevalent. Leave on for 1–2 minutes to allow the proteins to penetrate the hair shaft, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 3 - Color Fanatic Spray: Mist onto clean, towel-dried hair. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute the product evenly. This will act as your heat protectant and detangler. Do not rinse; style as usual.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
