PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Spritz life back into fine, dull hair with Volumizing Mist. This weightless, body-building mist lifts hair for a look that’s up to 50% fuller, while maintaining movement and touchable hold from root to tip. The argan oil-infused formula includes Rice Amino Acids to help fortify and strengthen the hair, plus Dead Sea Salt to build volume with bouncy texture. Increased volume lasts for up to 72 hours.
How to use: Mist generously throughout clean, towel-dried hair from roots to ends. Blow-dry.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
