Moroccanoil Blow Dry Concentrate
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Specifically formulated for very rebellious, highly unmanageable hair, Moroccanoil® Blow-dry Concentrate provides intense frizz control and facilitates easier blowouts. Creates a polished, ultra-smooth look with increased softness, shine and silkiness. Infused with conditioning argan oil and natural antioxidants to help protect hair, Moroccanoil Blow-dry Concentrate delivers ultimate frizz control and a smooth blowout every time.
How to:
For coarse hair, apply ½ pump into palms. For textured hair, apply 1 to 1 ½ pumps. Distribute with fingertips on damp hair from mid-length to ends. Blow-dry as usual. Apply on dry hair for added shine and frizz reduction as a finisher.
Key Ingredients:
Argan Oil: Extremely rich in tocopherols (Vitamin E), essential fatty acids and antioxidants, this natural oil helps to nourish.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A natural antioxidant known to boost the appearance of healthy-looking hair.
Ascorbyl Palmitate: Plant-derived, natural antioxidant. When combined with Vitamin E, optimizes antioxidant activity.
Squalene: Plant-derived hair conditioner that leaves strands softer and shinier.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
