Complete your brass-neutralizing regimen with Blonde Perfecting Purple Conditioner, the perfect partner to our best-selling Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo. This lightweight, nourishing conditioner provides continued tone-enhancing benefits throughout the conditioning process, depositing violet pigments to counteract unwanted yellow and orange hues in blonde, lightened brunette, and grey hair. It also features ArganID™ technology to help repair and seal the cuticle, plus a detangling amino acid blend to improve color retention and enhance shine. The result: brighter, more radiant color and a healthier look and feel.
How To: After shampooing with Moroccanoil Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo, massage into hair for 1–2 minutes. For enhanced toning, leave on for up to 5 minutes. Rinse well.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
