MIXED CHICKS was designed for curly hair, but we have straight-hair-customers who use this product regularly.
Apply straightening serum evenly through damp hair then blow-dry or set hair…finish with flat iron/curling iron for styling.
A good straight hair routine:
1. shampoo and rinse
2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
3. apply Mixed Chicks straightening serum to damp hair
4. blow-dry
5. use a flat iron or another styling accessory
6. finish with hair silk for added shine
Pro tip: For thermal protection, follow Mixed Chicks deep conditioner with straightening serum applied to wet hair… for wet sets and blow drying.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
