Active Ingredients
The precious Rose of Jericho is sourced from Mexico’s Chihuahua Desert to derive Phytofuse Renew. Combined with the healing properties of Moringa Oil from the Himalayan foothills and the hydrating action of Amazonian Cupuacu, this potent extract nourishes, protects and restores hair to its optimal condition.
- Rose of Jericho: Hydrates, boosts radiance and prevents moisture loss to restore hair to its peak condition.
- Moringa Oil: Delivers sustained hydration to magnify shine, enhance color and prevent fading.
- Cupuacu: Retains moisture and shields hair from humidity and environmental stress.
- Vegan Keratin: Strengthens and rejuvenates hair at the deepest level for a vibrant, youthful look.
All products are color-safe and keratin-safe, provide heat protection, delay color fade and reverse damage caused by color processing, UV rays, environmental factors and aging.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
