Lapcos Double Wash Cleansing Pad
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
What it is: Our reusable cleansing and exfoliating makeup remover pad removes makeup residue and oil by only adding water.
What it does: The daily cleansing side effectively lifts away impurities, while the deep cleansing side gently exfoliates dead skin cells and cleanse pores to reveal a revitalized, radiant complexion.

How to use:
1. To cleanse, gently rub pad along wet skin in circular motion and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. To exfoliate, gently rub the textured side of the pad in circular motion then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
