An essential part of our REPAIR regimen is RE.STORE, a non-foaming cleansing creme treatment that replaces both your shampoo and conditioner on the day of use – based on the latest in high tech skincare technology, RE.STORE is formulated to act just like a crème cleanser would act within your skincare routine. Here’s how it goes…Wash one and two, use both your REPAIR-ME.WASH and RINSE, and then on wash three – replace both with RE.STORE only. With continued use the end result is soft, shiny, repaired hair.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
