Roller Jaw Clamps will secure curls while providing lift at the root allowing for a bouncier more luscious curl. Flat hair is caused by water in the hair weighing it down. The wetter the hair, the more weight there is pulling the curls down, making it difficult for looser curls to have bounce. These clamps will provide a full looking, bouncy style that solves the unwanted flat hairstyles. The Roller Jaw Clamps allow curls to stay in their natural formation without squishing them down. The claws support large sections of hair without destroying curl formation. They are very easy to use and are extremely durable.

Directions:
After scrunching or any other curl enhancing technique, pile hair on top of head and secure with a Roller Jaw Clamp. Some styles may require only a few clamps, while others may need several clamps in different positions. Allow to dry or diffuse. Clips will support finer hair easier once hair starts to dry.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
