WHO’S IT FOR?
Anyone who wants to keep their hair color and/or highlights (natural, or chemically-derived!) fresh, light and bright by removing environmental elements that wreck color including traces of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese, aluminum, and chlorine.
IDEAL FOR:
All hair types and colors. Safe, non-harsh, non-stripping spray is especially effective on pale shades of blonde, grey, ash, white and all lighter hair shades that are prone to show stains and discoloration from metals and minerals.
WHEN TO USE DREAM FILTER:
Suggested use is every 3-4 shampoos to keep your color looking fresh and bright. But, with frequent exposure to well water or chlorine, you can use it more often (even daily) because, unlike chelating products, DREAM FILTER is extremely gentle.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
