How to Use:
- Prep hair with a thermal protectant for silky, touchable results
- Press the power button to turn on; it will heat to the setting from the previous styling session
- Press the power button again to unlock temperature control
- Select preferred temperature using “+/-” or press “M” to choose a preset temperature
- Beginning near the root, place a 1-2” section of dry hair in between the plates.
- Lightly clamp and glide the flat iron down the length of the hair
- Repeat this process throughout your hair, section by section, until you’ve achieved ultimate sleekness
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
