Avanti Ultra hair straightener is made with black titanium plates. Titanium is the metal with the highest electrical and thermal conductivity. It is lightweight and distributes heat better than any other metal. Titanium is also very resistant to corrosion and shock. So you can be sure to use your Avanti Ultra flattening iron with titanium plates for a long, long time. Reaches its maximum temperature in less than 40 seconds.
Titanium plates offer a smooth glide and won't snag, pull or stick to hair. The built-in ion generator releases negatives ions to lock in hair's own natural moisture and eliminate frizz.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
