HOLIDAY 2021 RETURN POLICY - APPLIES NOV 10 - DEC 23, 2021

During this Holiday Season we are extending our return window so that you feel confident that you can buy early and buy correctly. 

As of November 10th 2021, eligible returns can be initiated by contacting hello@BLNDbox.ca on or before Jan 15th 2022. Please see below for eligible items. Also note, any items you may be looking to return must be brand new, never used, and in their original packaging.

Returns & Warranty (Electrical Appliances only)

Returns will apply to our Electronic Appliances category only. If you are unhappy with any product, we will accept returns and issue you a refund up to 14 days after delivery. However, items being returned must be in new condition (must in the same condition that you received it) and must come with all the original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons the following items are not refundable: (1) HairStylers / Blow Dry Brushes, (2) Trimmers, and (3) Clippers

Warranty (Electrical Appliances only)

All electrical appliances (straighteners, hair dryers, curling irons, wands, wax pots, etc.) have 180 day warranty directly with BLNDbox.ca from the time of purchase, beyond 180 days customers will need to contact the manufacture directly to arrange an exchange. If your appliance stops working we will gladly exchange your defective item for the same item. In the event we no longer carry the item, we will offer credit for a similar product. Refunds or money back will not be offered after the 14 day return window. We will cover the cost of return shipping for products under warranty. Note physical damage is not covered and will invalidate our warranty. Before sending back a product under warranty, please contact hello@blndbox.ca to arrange the return.
