Next, apply BLONDA Daily Conditioner to freshly washed hair, leave on for 1 to 3 minutes, and rinse. On damp hair - apply BLONDA Oil evenly from roots to ends or, on dry hair, apply a few drops to ends to help eliminate frizz and seal dried ends.
