Unclaimed packages/incorrect address: Note that unclaimed packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or packages undeliverable for any reason due to an error not caused by BLNDbox.ca ("Blend Box") will result in a product refund minus a $15 flat fee to cover the return delivery cost plus a 10% re-stocking fee.
