Oxidant cream is characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant colour results and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Sufficient for about 150 applications.

RefectoCil Oxidant 3-Percent liquid is a stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the widely known perfect tinting results with RefectoCil tints. Therefore use RefectoCil Eyelash and eyebrow tints always with RefectoCil Oxidant 3-Percent liquid or cream.
